Official Student Entry Portal & Deliverable Instructions
Overview
Welcome to the official Ed Academy Submissions Portal. After completing your enrollment, submit your competition projects, artwork, pitch decks, and recorded videos here for international review and judging.
All submissions are evaluated by our global panel of academic specialists, educators, and industry leaders across your division category.
How to Submit Your Work
- Step 1: Select your registered competition from the category list on the right.
- Step 2: Enter the student's full name, age (7–18), and contact email.
- Step 3: Upload your file (Artwork, PDF, Document, Slide Deck, or Presentation).
- Step 4: If submitting a video or pitch, paste your YouTube or cloud link.
- Step 5: Include written artist/project notes and click "Submit Work".
Accepted Deliverable Formats
📄 Documents & Written Submissions
PDF, DOC, DOCX — Written proposals, research reports, and creative writing pieces.
🎨 Visual Art & Photography
High-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF scans with a short artist statement.
🎥 Video & Pitch Presentations
Direct MP4 file upload OR an unlisted YouTube/Vimeo video link.

Evaluation & Next Steps
- All verified submissions receive an official Certificate of Participation.
- Top-scoring entries in each age division qualify for Round 2 Global Championship Awards.
- Detailed judging feedback and division rankings are published upon review.

GLOBAL COMPETITIONS SUBMISSIONS
The ThinkTank Challenge is an innovation and problem-solving competition that encourages students to tackle real-world issues using creativity, critical thinking, and global awareness.
Inspired by the popular Shark Tank format, the Shark Mind Challenge invites student teams to ideate, design, and pitch innovative business ideas to a panel of judges.
A creative writing competition designed to ignite imagination, amplify voice, and recognize talent across narrative and short story formats.
Solo recorded speech (up to 3 minutes) on a given motion. Persuasive delivery and structured argument.
Traditional painting on SDGs, Cultural Identity, or Change & Transformation.
Photography challenge capturing powerful stories in a single high-resolution frame.
Digital illustration using Canva, Procreate, Photoshop, or IbisPaint.
Artwork combining two or more materials (fabric + ink, clay + photos, paper cutouts + paint).
3D design or sculpture around Future Cities, Peace & Harmony, or Climate Solutions.
Script and present a 2-minute educational video on any informative topic of your choice.
Real-world research and global collaborative student initiatives addressing sustainable innovation.
